How long have you been manufacturing ribbon?
We have been manufacturing ribbon since 2007 — over 18 years. Our factory operates 6 days a week with a dedicated QC team that has been with the company for an average of 7+ years.

196+ standard colors across our ribbon range. Custom Pantone color matching is available with a minimum of 1,500 meters per custom color.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes. Send us your Pantone code, a physical fabric swatch, or a color reference image. We produce a digital color proof showing the ribbon under three lighting conditions within 12 hours. A physical ribbon swatch can be couriered on request before committing to production.
Do you offer GRS-certified (sustainable/recycled) ribbon?
Yes. Our GRS 5.0 certified ribbon line is made from recycled polyester fiber. We can provide full chain of custody documentation, recycled content percentage per product, and audit-ready records for EPR compliance reporting.
Ordering and Minimums
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock colors and standard widths: 500 meters per SKU. Custom Pantone-matched colors: 1,500 meters per color. Custom printed ribbon: 1,500 meters. Sample orders (1-50 meters per color): available on request.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes. We send physical sample cards with color swatches at no charge. For specific custom colors, we can courier a 1-2 meter ribbon sample in your matched color for evaluation.
What is the price per meter?
Pricing depends on material type, width, color (stock vs. custom), and quantity. Send us your requirements and we will return a complete quote within 4 hours.
Production and Lead Times
How long does production take?
Standard stock colors: 10-12 working days. Custom Pantone-matched colors: 12-15 working days. Custom printed ribbon: 15-18 working days. Velvet ribbon: 12-15 working days.
What is the total lead time from inquiry to delivery?
Stock colors = 18-22 working days; custom colors = 25-30 working days; custom printed = 28-35 working days. Air freight from Xiamen to the UK takes 5-7 days; to US East Coast takes 6-8 days.
When should I place my order for seasonal programs?
For Christmas programs: place your order by early August. For Valentine's Day: place by early December. For spring/Easter programs: place by late January. We recommend starting the conversation 8-10 weeks before your required delivery date.
Color Consistency
How do you guarantee color consistency across orders?
We use a three-stage color verification process. (1) We maintain a physical ribbon sample archived per client account. (2) Every production batch is verified under three lighting conditions: D65 daylight, TL84 retail store, and A-source tungsten. (3) Any batch at the edge of tolerance is flagged before dispatch and re-verified before shipping.
What happens if the color doesn't match when it arrives?
If your order arrives and the color doesn't match your approved sample, contact your account manager immediately. We arrange a replacement production run at no charge and dispatch it by express air freight. We do not debate tolerances. We fix it.

Can you pre-spool ribbon to a specific yard or meter length per roll?
Yes. Pre-spooling to your specified length per roll is available. There may be an additional charge depending on volume and specification.
