Sample Arrangement
First Sample-Since the information provided by the customer was very limited, we mainly started from the shiny effect that the customer wanted. We exchanged our opinions from design to production. First of all, we had to confirm the material, so we made the first sample plan.We immediately made a sample order for the customer to confirm, and recommended four types of organza materials with different glitter of different processes for the customer to choose from. Our biggest challenge was to match the color of the customer's bottle and make it shiny.
The customer was not very satisfied with the first sample and told us that the color was not ideal but they confirmed the desired brightness effect.So we started our second sample.
Second Sample-We summarized the customer's ideas and reconvened. We made two plans: one: to make a bright pink bow according to the customer's idea, and the other: to recommend another pink bow with sequins on the surface to make it more bright.After the second proofing, the customer still was not satisfied. The customer wanted us to combine the two bows and sprinkle powder on the sequined bow.
Third sample-Although the samples failed twice, our team did not give up. We discussed with the workshop and workers in person. Considering the special characteristics of the wired organza sequins, it is very demanding to sprinkle powder on them. The production is also constantly trying, but the ideal bow has not been made. The customer also began to rush the sample time. Our production manager studied it on the production line overnight. When all of us were about to give up, they did it and finally made a pink snow yarn bow with sequins and powder. We sent it to the customer overnight.
